I realize that the Rocky Mountain News has been around since April 23 1859, and it tried very hard to keep afloat. I know that. Everyone in and around Colorado knows that. And that it's now out of business. But it's just one more situation created by the current economy.
AIG is asking for another bailout. HUH? Why?
China is supposedly asking for eminent domain in exchange for bailing out the USA. HUH?
GM is muttering about closing its doors because of alleged hinky-business in its books.
I thought conditions were supposed to be in place for these bail-out allocations? And why couldn't the Rocky Mountain News get a bailout? Think of all of those employees now on the streets looking.
